La raza Montbeliarde tiene su origen en las monta\u00f1as del este de Francia, donde el clima severo lo ha convertido en una vaca resistente que es capaz de hacer frente a las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas m\u00e1s fr\u00edas y calientes. Esto le ha dado a la raza una adaptabilidad a todos los tipos de sistemas agr\u00edcolas. Aunque originalmente registrado como raza pura en 1888, durante muchos siglos, los fabricantes de queso utilizaron la leche de la raza. Montbeliarde de Coopex<\/a> Coopex Montbeliarde es el programa de cr\u00eda de Montbeliarde m\u00e1s grande e innovador del mundo. Ha trabajado con agricultores de todo el mundo durante m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os y est\u00e1 presente hoy en m\u00e1s de 60 pa\u00edses. Con sede en el este de Francia, tiene una participaci\u00f3n del 82% en Montbeliarde de Francia mercado de la gen\u00e9tica.<\/span><\/p>

Las selecciones de las madres de toros se basan en la selecci\u00f3n gen\u00f3mica, as\u00ed como en la familia de las vacas y la protecci\u00f3n de la endogamia. De los cientos de toros j\u00f3venes que ingresan a la estaci\u00f3n de prueba cada a\u00f1o, casi la mitad ser\u00e1n eliminados antes de que su semen llegue al mercado.
